How it works

- We pull your public listing data once, read your website, and check both against the official guidelines. An AI model (TypeSafe Jev) runs the typed checks and a person reviews every pack before delivery.

Honest limits
What we do not do. We cannot reinstate your profile and we cannot remove, restore or "fix" reviews. Only Google decides. Nobody outside Google can guarantee it, and anyone who promises that is selling you something you should not buy. This is help for the owner of the profile to fix the real cause and file one good appeal.
- If your profile is already suspended, it may not be visible publicly. We then base the report on your website, your description and the guidelines, and say so in the report.
- We only see public data. Causes inside your account (ownership disputes, payments, earlier strikes) are listed as possible, not confirmed.
- If the link is wrong and we can't find the business with you, you get a full refund.

How we make a report
Public reviews are collected from the store or map listing you send us, each one is classified by an AI model, and the results are assembled into a short PDF. Counts and quotes come straight from the data, and the limits are written down on this page. Nothing is sold as a guarantee of ranking or revenue. Every report is then reviewed by a person before it is emailed to you.
Questions
Can you get my profile reinstated?
No, and no one outside Google can promise that. We find the most likely cause, tell you how to fix it, and give you the evidence list and appeal text. Google makes the decision.
Can you remove bad reviews?
No. We do not remove reviews and we do not sell that. If genuine reviews disappeared, the report explains the usual causes and how to ask Google to look again.
Do you need access to my Google account?
No. We only use public data and what you tell us. You submit the appeal yourself.
My profile is not visible any more. Does it still work?
Yes. Paste the old Maps link or your business name and city. The report then relies on your website, your description and the guidelines.
