Give us your App Store and/or Google Play links (up to 2 apps, plus up to 2 competitors). Every Monday morning you get one email: the new 1–3★ reviews of the week, which complaint themes grew or shrank vs last week, an alert when a theme doubles, the most telling quotes, and a suggested reply for each one.
What’s in the Monday email
- New 1–3★ reviews from the last 7 days, per app and store.
- Theme shifts: login, crashes, paywall, ads, sync, redesign… this week vs last week.
- Spike alerts: a theme that doubles (and has 3+ complaints) is flagged at the top of the email.
- Top quotes with stars, date and app version.
- Suggested replies you can edit and paste into App Store Connect or Play Console.
- Competitors: what their users complain about this week.

Questions
When does the first email arrive?
The next Monday after you subscribe. Theme shifts and spike alerts start from the second week, once there is a baseline.
Do you need access to App Store Connect or Play Console?
No. Only public reviews are used.
How do I change my apps?
Reply to any Monday email.
How do I cancel?
Use the “Manage or cancel” link in every email, or the Stripe customer portal. You keep the emails until the end of the paid month.
Refunds?
If we can't deliver a week (for example the app has no public reviews), tell us and we refund that month.
