How it works

What it is and what it is not
- It uses public listing data and your latest ~80 reviews, collected through Apify. We never log in to your account and we don't need access.
- Complaint themes are scored by an AI model (TypeSafe Jev) and every report is reviewed by a person before delivery. It can be wrong, so every theme comes with quotes you can check.
- We are not affiliated with Google and cannot promise a ranking change. The report tells you what to fix; doing it is up to you.
- If the report can't be produced (wrong link, closed listing), we refund you in full.

How we make a report
Public reviews are collected from the store or map listing you send us, each one is classified by an AI model, and the results are assembled into a short PDF. Counts and quotes come straight from the data, and the limits are written down on this page. Nothing is sold as a guarantee of ranking or revenue. Every report is then reviewed by a person before it is emailed to you.
