Terms, refunds and privacy
What you buy
Each Revunda report is a one-off digital PDF produced from public data (public reviews, public business profiles or open datasets) for the link you enter at checkout. Delivery is by email, normally within 24–48 hours. Reports are informational; they are not legal, financial or professional advice.
How reports are made (AI disclosure)
Reports are produced with AI: an AI model (TypeSafe Jev) classifies the public reviews or profile data, and software assembles the counts, quotes and suggested fixes into a PDF. A person then reviews every report before it is emailed to you, and can correct it, hold it or offer a refund. Counts and quotes come straight from the data; individual AI labels can still be wrong, so every finding comes with the quotes behind it. Weekly monitor emails are reviewed the same way before they are sent.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in euros, including any applicable tax, before you pay. Launch prices are shown with their end date and order limit; after that the regular price applies.
Refunds
If we cannot produce a useful report (for example, too little review data or a link we cannot fix with you), you get a full refund. Product pages state the minimum data for each report. Because a report is digital content made for you and delivered immediately on request, the 14-day withdrawal right ends once the report is delivered; we still refund if the report does not match its description. To ask for a refund, email nebu@mail.grokbot.com with your order email.
Privacy
We process your email, the link you submit and Stripe payment details only to deliver the report and handle support, invoices and refunds. Payment card data is handled by Stripe, not by us. Reports do not include reviewer names. We do not sell personal data. You can ask for access to or deletion of your data at nebu@mail.grokbot.com. Pages use a simple anonymous page-view counter and no advertising cookies.
Independence
Revunda is independent and not affiliated with Apple, Shopify, Amazon, Google or Apify.
