Across the latest 900 App Store reviews we collected, Bitwarden has the lowest share of reviews with a complaint (46%) and 1Password the highest (61%). The biggest single difference is in pricing and subscription complaints: 25% of 1Password reviews mention them, vs 2% for Bitwarden.
