The biggest single difference is in feature-request complaints: 13% of Claude reviews mention them, vs 7% for ChatGPT. Each app's own biggest complaint theme: ChatGPT, bugs (46 reviews); Claude, bugs (64 reviews). Average star rating in the samples ranges from 3.24★ (Claude) to 4.11★ (ChatGPT).
