- Business name exactly as on your signage, website and registration, no extra keywords or cities
- Address: no virtual offices, PO boxes or coworking desks unless staffed and signed

Appeal steps

- Open the appeal from Google's Business Profile appeals tool while signed in as the owner
- Upload evidence: business registration, a utility bill or lease with the exact name and address, a photo of permanent signage or branded vehicle
- Category-specific evidence: bar association membership, office lease, signage photos
- After reinstatement, avoid editing the profile for about 2 weeks
