20 ready replies to your real bad reviews – €9 Sample PDF
Want the whole profile checked, not only the replies? The Google Business Profile audit is €19 (launch price, €49 from 1 Dec 2026).
What every draft does
- Thanks the reviewer, even for a 1★ review.
- Names the specific issue it finds in the review (waiting time, staff, price, cleanliness, booking, delivery, billing and more), so the reply does not read like a copy-paste.
- Does not admit fault or liability. It says you are sorry the person was disappointed, not that you did something wrong.
- Takes the conversation offline to the contact you enter.
- Promises nothing you have not offered: no refunds, discounts or fixes. Add those yourself only if they are real.
- For dentists, doctors, clinics, lawyers and accountants it never confirms the person is a patient or client and mentions no details.
Before you post
- Replace everything in [square brackets].
- Check that every fact in the reply is true for your business.
- Google reviews owner replies before they appear and tells the customer you replied; the customer can then edit their review (Google).

Is the reply generator free?
Yes. It builds replies from fixed templates in your browser. There is no sign-up and no limit.
Is my review sent to you?
No. Nothing you paste leaves your browser.
Can I post a draft as it is?
Fill in the parts in [square brackets] and read it once. A reply goes out under your business name and the customer is notified.
Should I reply to fake reviews?
Yes, calmly. Tick “No record of this customer” to get a reply that asks for details without accusing anyone, and report the review to Google if it breaks the Maps content policy.
