Free app review reply generator
Paste an App Store or Google Play review, pick the stars, tone and language, and get three developer response drafts. Google Play replies are counted against the 350-character limit. It runs in your browser: the review is not sent anywhere.
Replies written for your real reviews
We take 20 of your recent unanswered 1–2★ reviews and write a specific reply to each, in the reviewer's language, checked by a person before delivery. €9, delivered by email.

Want to know what the 1★ reviews keep saying? The app complaint report groups your negative reviews by cause, as a PDF for €19 (launch price, €49 from 1 Dec 2026).
What every draft does
- Thanks the reviewer and names the problem it finds: crashes, sign-in, billing, ads, speed, the latest update, sync or lost data, support, or a missing feature.
- Does not admit fault and promises no fix date, refund or feature.
- Moves the details to your support email and asks for the device and app version.
- For billing complaints it points to the store's own refund route, because the store processes the payment.
Store rules worth knowing
- Google Play: replies are limited to 350 characters (API reference) and must follow the developer comment policy: relevant, polite, no promotion (Play Console Help).
- App Store: you can post one public response per review and edit it; responses can take up to 24 hours to appear, and the customer is notified and can update their review (App Store Connect Help).
