Triggers we see most for plumber profiles

1. Service area drawn far wider than you really cover (Google suggests roughly up to 2 hours' drive)
2. Keywords like 'Emergency 24/7 Plumber' added to the business name
3. Call-tracking number that doesn't match the website

• Business name exactly as on your signage, website and registration, no extra keywords or cities
• Address: no virtual offices, PO boxes or coworking desks unless staffed and signed
• Same name, phone and website on the profile, your site and invoices
• Don't edit name, address, category and phone all at once; big edits trigger re-verification
• One profile per business per location; remove duplicates instead of creating new ones

2. Open the appeal from Google's Business Profile appeals tool while signed in as the owner
3. Upload evidence: business registration, a utility bill or lease with the exact name and address, a photo of permanent signage or branded vehicle
4. Category-specific evidence: trade registration/insurance, branded vehicle, utility bill at the business address
5. After reinstatement, avoid editing the profile for about 2 weeks
