Tools

• get_app_complaints: top complaint themes for one app, with real review counts and shares, and a link to its Revunda page. Accepts an app name, App Store / Google Play / Shopify App Store URL, App Store id, Play package name or Shopify handle.
• list_covered_apps: search the 531 covered listings (300 App Store, 128 Google Play, 103 Shopify App Store) by name, store or sector.
• what_users_complain_about: how often a theme (login, ads, refunds, crashes…) appears overall and by sector, and which apps get it most.
• estimate_one_star_cost: the maths of the 1-star review cost calculator.

All tools carry readOnlyHint: true and change nothing.

Data

• 29,785 English 1-star reviews of 273 App Store and Google Play listings (25 Oct 2025 – 24 Oct 2026).
• European study: Spain, Germany, France, Italy and Poland.
• Shopify App Store 1- and 2-star reviews.

Themes are matched by published keyword patterns, not AI. One review can match several themes and many match none. Apps not in the data get a link to the free app review check.

Privacy

The server keeps no record of what you ask beyond our host's standard short-term request logs. No accounts, cookies or tracking. See privacy.
