Comparing with rivals? The Competitor Pack covers your app and up to 2 competitor apps: three full reports and a side-by-side summary of their top complaints.
What is in the file
- One row per review: store, storefront country, review ID, date, rating, title, review text, app version, helpful votes and, for Google Play, whether the developer replied.
- UTF-8 with a byte order mark, so Excel shows accents and emoji correctly. Cells that start with = + - or @ get a leading apostrophe so spreadsheets do not run them as formulas.
Limits
- App Store: Apple's public customer reviews feed returns the most recent reviews per country, up to 10 pages of 50. Older reviews are not available from it.
- Google Play: reviews come from Google Play's public pages in the language and country of the link (hl and gl), newest first.
- Each connection can run a limited number of exports per day. Results are cached for a few hours.

FAQ
Is it free?
Yes. No sign-up. The CSV is built in your browser from the pages our server fetches from the stores.
Why do I get fewer than 500 reviews?
The app may have fewer recent reviews in the selected countries. Tick more App Store countries to get more.
Can I export reviews for a competitor's app?
Yes. Store reviews are public, so any app with a public store page works.
Do you keep the reviews?
Store responses are cached for a few hours to stay within rate limits. We do not keep the CSV.
